Mr. Marshall has worked for more than 20 years in almost all industry aspects of banking delivery, including retail banking centers, regional banking center administration, lending and credit administration. At American Momentum, he serves as Florida senior credit officer, one of several leadership positions during his career there. Mr. Marshall is extremely active in the community, currently serving as a director of First Housing, a Florida affordable-housing lender. He is an Eagle Scout, Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow B.S.A. and a long-time assistant scoutmaster. Mr. Marshall is an honors graduate with a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College.

Mr. Dunlap has been working in the College Station area for 20 years. A graduate of Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, he began his career in public accounting by obtaining his CPA. Mr. Dunlap worked with a number of banking clients, then transitioned to banking itself in 1984. He is a former director of the Bryan/College Station Habitat for Humanity.
