Mr. Riebe is a life-long resident of Texas and a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business management. His 30-year banking career began at a Lubbock, Texas, community bank where he made contacts that ultimately led him to Bryan/College Station; he has lived there for the past 24 years. Mr. Riebe is Chief Lending Officer for American Momentum, formerly having served as the bank’s President for the Bryan/College Station market. He is a member of the board of the Salvation Army and a former board member of the College Station ISD Education Foundation, which he served as a member of the finance committee.  In addition, he formerly served as a director, the treasurer and a member of the executive committee of Health For All and a director of the United Way of the Brazos Valley. Mr. Riebe has been a member and deacon of Central Baptist Church of Bryan for the past 23 years.

Mr. O’Hara, a Senior Vice President, is a career banker with almost four decades of experience in commercial real estate lending and as a bank executive in the Southeast United States. Together, this makes him uniquely qualified to understand and then meet the needs of clients throughout Florida who wish to finance income-producing commercial real estate projects. Mr. O’Hara received a bachelor’s degree in banking and corporate finance from the University of Alabama and a master’s degree in business administration from Samford University in Birmingham.

Mr. Folino has been in the banking industry since graduating from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics.  He started his career with a large regional bank in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Folino then obtained a master’s degree in business from Cleveland State University before relocating to Sarasota, Fla.  He has experience in various areas of commercial banking, including commercial real estate.  Mr. Folino is a member of the Risk Management Association, Sarasota Young Professionals Group and Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.

Ms. Eoff has more than two decades of experience in commercial banking at both regional banks and large institutions. Specializing in commercial real estate lending for investment properties, she focuses on multi- and single-tenant healthcare facilities, as well  as facilities for industrial and retail clients. From across the U.S., her clients have included national and regional developers, REITs and other large companies.  Ms. Eoff is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

Mr. Smith has worked in the banking industry since his graduation from Auburn University. An Alabama native, he has spent most of his professional career in the Tampa Bay area, a period during which he earned a master’s degree in business administration and completed the prestigious Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Mr. Smith serves commercial clients throughout Tampa Bay, with a focus on Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. He is vice chairman of the Tampa Bay Mayors Prayer Breakfast.
